Roles & Responsibilities
- Communicate with U.S. insurance companies on behalf of physicians/providers to follow up on unpaid and outstanding Accounts Receivable.
- Effectively negotiate with payers to secure timely reimbursement for pending claims.
- Apply strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare provider domain to improve AR performance and
outcomes. - Possess a working understanding of the complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
- Create, manage, and update required documentation and supporting collaterals.
Compliance & Quality Standards
- Strictly adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Follow established quality standards and checklists to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain full compliance with HIPAA regulations and data privacy requirements.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Behavioral / Soft Skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in U.S. healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR) calling.
